Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including protective bags for helmets and armor)
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hygiene-sensitive products including Caschi Integrali (Full-Face Helmets), Caschi Demi Jet (Open-Face Helmets), and Caschi Modulari (Modular Helmets) unless defective. All Airbag Moto systems are final sale due to safety activation mechanisms.
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with “Return Request” in the subject line and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: Our gear specialists will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number

Exchanges Process
For size exchanges on Giacche Moto (riding jackets) or Calzature Moto (riding footwear):
- Follow the same initiation process as returns
- Specify desired size/color in your email
- We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected
- Expedited shipping available for 50% of standard rates
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Caschi Moto (helmet) or Giacche Moto Pelle (leather jacket) arrives damaged:
- Do not use the product
- Take clear photos of the damage

- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement
