All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every stitch of our motorcycle gear. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with the same confidence our gear provides on the road.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including protective bags for helmets and armor)
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products: Caschi Integrali (Full-Face Helmets), Caschi Demi Jet (Open-Face Helmets), and Caschi Modulari (Modular Helmets) unless defective
  • All Airbag Moto systems: These are final sale due to safety activation mechanisms

2. Receive Authorization

Our gear specialists will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return instructions
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

3. Ship Your Return

4. Inspection & Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Exchanges Process

For size exchanges on Giacche Moto (riding jackets) or Calzature Moto (riding footwear):

  • Follow the same initiation process as returns
  • Specify desired size/color in your email
  • We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected
  • Expedited shipping available for 50% of standard rates

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

Return Shipping Options

We recommend using a trackable shipping service:

  • U.S. Customers: USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground
  • International Customers: DHL or FedEx International

For defective items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label after inspection photos are verified.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Caschi Moto (helmet) or Giacche Moto Pelle (leather jacket) arrives damaged:

  1. Do not use the product
  2. Take clear photos of the damage
  3. Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll arrange for expedited replacement.
