Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused with original tags attached
• Original packaging is intact (including protective bags for helmets)
• Proof of purchase is provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened helmets (Caschi Integrali, Caschi Demi Jet, Caschi Modulari) unless defective
• All Airbag Moto systems (final sale due to activation mechanisms)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include order number, items for return, and reason
3. Wait for return authorization (2 business days)
4. Ship items to our Colorado facility with provided RMA number

5.4 Refunds
